2022 WEEKLY UPDATES
Meet our Principal
It is my honor to serve as interim principal for the 2022 -2023 school year. Here at St. Helen School, we believe that working with parents, students, staff, and stakeholders will bring together a learning community. We provide a holistic curriculum that addresses the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of all students. St. Helen students engage in challenging, learning experiences as well as Catholic identity. The standard-based program is comprehensive focusing on core courses, along with technology, Religion, Foreign Languages, and arts.
Since its creation in 1914, St. Helen still remains a premier school dedicated as the cornerstone of the community. We are committed to our Mission which states: We encourage education opportunities that enable children to develop positive self-esteem toward being exemplary citizens. Starting with the preschoolers, students engage in fun, creative, and rigorous activities designed to enhance their growth and development. Our students are motivated to learn!
Our teachers and staff collaborate to ensure that students receive the best of services. Parents and stakeholders at St. Helen are pleased with the results of our efforts. Each year we look forward to carrying on the tradition of preparing all students to become viable citizens who are able to contribute to the global society and live in the vision of Christ.
Blessings,
Dr. Shirley Morris
