Admissions Process

1 / Schedule a Tour

Schedule a tour online with the form and a member from our admissions team will be in touch to schedule a one-on-one meeting.

2 / Submit Enrollment Applications & Fees

During your tour, you will receive enrollment forms and information regarding your admissions application. All applications and fees will be submitted through the schools office to be considered for enrollment at St. Helen School.

3 / Join the St. Helen Family Community

Prospective families are welcome to attend our various community events held throughout the year. Come and experience the fantastic environment we nurture for our students and their families. Check out our Community Page to see all that our Parent Association has to offer.

Age Requirements

  • 3 year old preschool: 3rd birthday on or before September 1st

  • 4 year old preschool: 4th birthday on or before September 1st

  • Kindergarten: 5th birthday on or before September 1st

  • All children will need to be fully potty trained

Full Day Preschool:

1 Child: $9,260

2nd Child: $16,670

Kindergarten - 8th:​

4th Child: $24,160

Additional Fees

New Family Registration:

$420

Before School Care

1st Child: $75 /month

Family Rate: $100 /month

After School Care

1st Child: $200/month

Family Rate: $300/month

Before/After Care

Daily Rates

$6/Hour Per Child
